This late Victorian / Greek revival home was built around the years of 1840-1850. The Old House was converted into a Hotel and Boarding house in the 1880's to serve Rail passengers.It was a thriving community until the 1920's when the Rail Depot was discontinued. Due to this closure business packed up and left the area in the late 20's early 30's.
