Investigation Request

Welcome to the Augusta Paranormal investigations & Research Investigation Request Form. Before you fill out this form, please know that you must be the owner/renter of the property that the investigation is being requested for. This form will provide the paranormal investigation team with the information necessary to complete an investigation. Some of the information that is requested is personal, but it is imperative for the investigation team to know when conducting the investigation. All information and results of the investigation will be kept strictly confidential unless specific permission is given to A.P.I.R to post the information or results of the investigation on this website. Please complete this form accurately, truthfully, and in its entirety. We are located in the Augusta, Ga. CSRA area.Other area's we cover Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina.

THE PROCESS:

1. An investigation request is received.
2. An interview is scheduled and attended by two team members.
3. A decision is made by the group if an investigation is warranted. If so, an investigation is scheduled.
4. An investigation is performed. It takes several hours.
5. Evidence is compiled and analyzed, conclusions are made and findings are presented to the client in person.
6. Investigation results are posted on our website if permission is granted by the client. Anonimity is maintained if requested.
